1. Return Eligibility: You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

• The item received is damaged or defective.
• There is a discrepancy between the delivered item and your order.
• You wish to exchange an item for a different one within the agreed rental period.

2. Reporting an Issue: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at [contact@tirtharentals.com] within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide a detailed description and, if possible, include photographs of the issue.

3. Inspection Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will assess the reported issue. If the item qualifies for return or exchange, we will guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Conditions:

• Items must be in the same condition as when delivered.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within the agreed rental period.

5. Refund or Replacement: If the return is approved, you have the option for a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval, and replacements will be dispatched promptly.

6. Exclusions: Returns or exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from reasonable use.
• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Return Shipping: If a return is required, instructions for shipping the item back to us will be provided. The cost of return shipping will be covered by TIRTHA RENTALS for eligible cases.

8. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to review and understand the item's condition upon delivery. Any issues reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or exchange.
