1. Fridge Coil Leak: Fridge coil leaks are not covered under our warranty if caused by piercing the ice with any object. It is recommended to defrost your fridge by powering it off to prevent coil ruptures.
2. Shifting Location: Any plans to shift the location of the rented items must be communicated to TIRTHA RENTALS in advance. Failure to notify us may result in additional charges.
3. Shifting of Tenancy: If there is a change in tenancy, it should be communicated to TIRTHA RENTALS in advance. Proper notification ensures a smooth transition and helps us serve you better.
4. Deposit Return: We guarantee the return of your deposit, and you can expect a refund within 7 days of the contract's end. The condition of the rented items will be assessed to determine the refund amount.
5. Outside Technicians: No external technicians are permitted to perform technical work on the rented machinery. For maintenance or repairs, please contact TIRTHA RENTALS, and our authorized professionals will assist you.
6. Shifting Charges: Shifting the location of rented items may incur additional charges for transport, AC installation, or dismantling. These charges will be communicated to you in advance, and your consent will be sought before proceeding with the shift.
